Well, The PEB’s authority only covers determining your fitness for duty and rating related disabilities and they review cases based on a Medical Group Commander referring MEBs to them. Just as they do not allow outside influence, they cannot get involved in issues outside of their authority.
Are you also pending an administrative discharge? That can impact your eligibility for processing or possibly make your case a dual action case. |
