I have seen this article about not having to prove you have stressors if you've already been diagnosed with PTSD. If this is true, why is VA still sending the "stressor" packets to be filled out. Hubby was rated PDRL 70% combat related on PTSD only, but we still got the fill out the "stressor" packet. Anyway we can avoid filling out the packet since the Akaka/ Sec. Peake decision???
