Default Re: MEB for Migraines

everything purple said is spot on.,

I was placed on the TDRL and rated 40% for refractory chronic migraines w/aura and cluster headaches with syncope.

The key is to keep a good paper trail, just as purple said keep a daily diary medicine taken, missed work, serverity of migraine etc...and bring that diary with you everytime you visit your neurologist or emergency room.

The evaluations from your upper chain of command will be important as well as too how your migraines affected your ability to perform you military duties.

any more question just ask. Only us migraneurs know how bad the pain is and trust me I sympathize. I would rather be dead then deal with chronic migrianes and cluster attacks the pain is soooo bad.

what meds they have you on?

Im on 100mg of Elavil
12.5mg Axert
and I got a prescription for a oxygen tank for my home for my cluster attacks....
