    An issue that has occupied my thoughts for sometime (both from a theoretical and a personal business point of view) is the issue of how the provision of assigned military counsel, provided at no charge to the member, impacts the overall outcomes at the Physical Evaluation Board.

  2. Lawyers: A question I am often asked about "wins"

    As an attorney, I often have prospective clients ask me "how often I win cases." While I do have a rough idea, I generally do not give a number or percentage of cases. Nor do I advertise my services on the basis of my success rate.

  3. Neccesary Reform

    As an advocate for those in the Physical Disability Evaluation System, I have tried to fight two battles: fighting for members going through the PDES and trying to fix the broken parts of the system.
