Just need a simple answer (or point me in right direction): Can a reservist on active duty orders last 4 years (and over 15 total) who was diagnosed with illness 6 months ago and is awaiting MEB, etc. be taken off current orders involuntarily? They are doing this to me and it seems contradictory to AFI36-3212 para 8 where it clearly states I cannot be removed. ANYONE HAVE THIS HAPPEN? PLEASE HELP!!
