I am trying to assist a Reservist, 18+ years, VA rated 90% largely due to injuries on his last deployment, was extended on AD for surgery to fix a broken shoulder socket, but released with out counseling or boarding, in WI, assigned to a unit in NJ for activation, NJ unit U'ing him out, I believe he should have been kept on duty and medically retired. Is my thinking correct? Who can I get him in touch with to accomplish this? Thank you for your service!!
Very happy with MEB/PEB process so far. Went through Fort Knox received TRDL 70% total. 50% Major Depressive Disorder, single episode, complicated by PTSD?? 20% foot injury and 20% ankle. Rated 100% by VA. Concerned that PEB will try to lower during reeval within 18 months. I am currently on Title 10 orders and in the WTB program. I have a shoulder injury I received in Iraq during a rocket attack. I have had surgery for the shoulder but now I am having neck/spin pain and I am being seen by Pain Management Doctor and a Neurosurgeon. Thank you for your help. Yes my orders where for longer then 30 days and they were title 10 orders. Do you now the AFI's to help me with this. The answer I get from them is AD returned me to duty and now the reserves will do a wwd and/or Adminastavie seperation so I am tring to find AFI's to fight this. thanks again
