    I got hurt while on orders AD removed me from code 37 with out psych docs approval and while I am still under going treatment for the injury to my shoulder and then they removed me from medical orders and now the reserve says they will be doing a fitness for duty and put me back on code 37 can they do that

    Currently I have almost 16 years of service(Active 3 and Guard 13) My LOD was while I was on active duty in 93, I got out in 1998, took an 8yr break in service, Joined the guard in 2006 with a P3 Permanant Profile on my knees, came in on a med waiver! 2008 I was REFRAD from Kosivo Deployment Training by a Dr. at Fort Knox,KY, because my leg gave out and I went back to my unit(No MEB) In 2009 I was attending 93G Mos School Fort Pickett,VA and was REFRAD because my leg gave out on me again and the ...

  3. MEB vs REFRAD

    I was all set to REFRAD from the Army in August 2010. However, while performing yard work in May, several discs in my back slipped and caused me to be unable to walk, sleep, sit or stand. This has been a recurring problem getting progressively worse for about the last six years. When I went to sick call, the PA referred me for a MEB evaluation. I have yet to see the MEB doc but spoke to him on the phone. He stated that I can still continue my REFRAD and continue the MEB process uninterrupted. I ...

  4. Has there been any approved PDBR lately?

    I submitted my packed 29 Aug 2009, and it was sent to the board on 5 March 2010. I haven't heard anything else on my packet. Can someone give me a timeline on how longs it takes after it has been sent to the board?

  5. Just was rated by VA...retirement from NG?

    I recently recieved my VA ratings letter, and was surprisingly rated at 60% service connected. I still have more evaluations to go, and could be rated higher. I have read some of the posts regarding medical retirement at 15 years of service. I just had my 15 year anniversary, have several years of title 32, and a couple of title 10. I guess my question(s) are this:
