I got hurt while on orders AD removed me from code 37 with out psych docs approval and while I am still under going treatment for the injury to my shoulder and then they removed me from medical orders and now the reserve says they will be doing a fitness for duty and put me back on code 37 can they do that

I was all set to REFRAD from the Army in August 2010. However, while performing yard work in May, several discs in my back slipped and caused me to be unable to walk, sleep, sit or stand. This has been a recurring problem getting progressively worse for about the last six years. When I went to sick call, the PA referred me for a MEB evaluation. I submitted my packed 29 Aug 2009, and it was sent to the board on 5 March 2010. I haven't heard anything else on my packet. Can someone give me a timeline on how longs it takes after it has been sent to the board?
I recently recieved my VA ratings letter, and was surprisingly rated at 60% service connected. I still have more evaluations to go, and could be rated higher. I have read some of the posts regarding medical retirement at 15 years of service. I just had my 15 year anniversary, have several years of title 32, and a couple of title 10.
