Back Pain: Problems and Solutions

WELCOME,

I figured I'd give this "Blogging" thing a shot. After 2 Major surgeries and countless treatments and meds. I think I may be a subject matter expert on back and pain issues. I'm not a doctor, but I did stay @ a Holiday Inn Express once . So feel free to post here w/any questions if you are preparing for or debating a surgery. All I can give you is my point of view. If you have any tips on batteling back pain, or any other pain for that matter, feel free to add your 2 cents. I'm also getting ready to undergo another procedure in July (Spinal Cord Stimulator/SCS), so I will keep you guys updated, as I go through the process.

Remember, this does'nt have to be a place for just back pain. I've developed so much residual pain and issues as a result of my injury.
