I have a skin disease that I was diagnosed with in 1993 after leaving Korea. I've deployed to Iraq several times and didn't receive any medical while being deployed. The months in Iraq had a huge impact on my skin condition and only made it worse. I guess you can say that my condition was aggravated due to deployment. What category does this falls under and can I appeal the process saying that deployment aggravated my condition while in war time? What kind of claim is this? I need your help.
