[Used to Be Army Strong]

I just got auth. for a wheelchair to keep from the Army to help with mob. Should I add this paperwork into my PEB packet. Does anyone know if this will help my rating? I am hopeing so. I requested it because i need it because there isn't always one at the mall/store/px ext. so i can't go shopping. so i was accepted to have one. so i am hopeing it will also help my rating any feed back is welcomed.

What kind of wheelchair did they give you? I know there's different makes and models. The only kind I've been in are the kind of used crappy ones they have to wheel you out from surgery in. Even then, they were surprisingly easy to move around in, turn, all that good stuff.

I saw a cool one once at the hospital that seemed to be pimped out. Lots of pockets for storage and he had flames stickered on it. That rocked.

well when i went in friday to get it the one they had out there was a used one that the company rents out and it was one of the crappy one you would find at walmart. I asked them if you had any new ones considering this is for the rest of my life they said i could come back this week when the get the new ones, that they give away, back in. I am hopeing its not a piece of shit. they have these really nice one at the Troop medical center so i am hopeing that it is at least that nice if it isn't im gonna steal it and leave them the POS they gave me!

if u have a few choices, let me know and i will ask my neighbor (he builds chairs), so he might know which one is better than the other.

nope no choices i hopeing for something nice though i dont want a piece of crap. plus im a big guy so i don't want it to break!

no choices tucci, i wish i did they came out with this one and put it in the back of my car and my wife couldn't even see out the back window and they were like here you go have a nice day. wait wait wait i don't think so lady take it out and go find something that breaks down better you can not expect me to put my family in danger because they can not see out of the back window. needless to say after speeking with her supervisor i will soon have a wheelchair that the wheels POP off. hopefully this will help.
