5275 Bones, of the lower extremity, shortening of:

Over 4 inches (1 0.2 cms.) ........................................ 603
3-1/2 to 4 inches (8.9 cms. to 10.2 cms...................... 503
3 to 3-1/2 inches (7.6 cms.to 8.9 cms.)....................... 40
2-1/2 to 3 inches (6.4 cms. to 7.6 cms.).......................30
2 to 2-1/2 inches (5.1 cms. to 6.4 cms.)....................... 20
1-1/4 to 2 inches (3.2 cms. to 5.1 cms.)....................... 10

Note: Measure both lower extremities from anterior superior spine of the ilium to the internal malleolus of the tibia. Not to be combined with other ratings for fracture or faulty union in the same extremity.

3Also entitled to special monthly compensation.
