Default Drafts/Examples of MEB Letters and Statements

Can anyone attach examples of character statements that they wrote for themselves or by family members regarding their injuries? Statements from Commanders would be really useful too.
Or even an Excel spread sheet of daily tasks...Need something to help focus

As far as "character statements" I do not see the value of submitting them. Your character is not an issue, and as far as your conditions, I would only submit something if you do not have it documented by your physicians. However, the inevitable question is why you don't have documentation. This is another reason why the Independent Medical Advisor can help.

i have some letters drafted for me, my wife and co-worker/supervisor. shoot me an e-mail (robs42@cox.net) and i will get them to you ASAP. you can just cut and paste as you see fit. you can also use these for supplemental info., for the VA and social security. hope this helps!
