quick question regarding the process

To make a long story short, I had a feds-heal physical (in the army reserves) last February and when they got my medical records and records from VA care they flagged me and sent my stuff to the HRC SG. Now I have a 3 in my PULHES code and a standard form 507 that was emailed to me from their office saying such and that "does not meet retention standards." It's also signed by "Physical Review Board." My unit knows nothing of this despite me trying to update them constantly. Is the Physical Review Board the same as the PEB?If not whats next? I'm just trying to figure out at what stage I am at as I didn't initiate any of this and my unit claims there is nothing in the system. I don't want to still be drilling and training if I don't have to, as it severely aggravates my condition.

PS I sent them the 507 and the reply back I got from the UA was: "that's not a profile there are no limitations."

If you have a PULHES with a 3, you should have a profile. No, that is not the PEB. It sounds to me like you are going to be referred to an MEB.

Do you have a VA rating? Can you work in your civilian occupation?

VA claim is in the process, no rating yet, but I can do fine in my civilian job. HRC won't send me a copy of my 3349. They say my unit should get it themselves, but my unit says they can't get it. On ako it says see dd 3349. So I'm not sure where the disconnect is.

still NOTHING, it kills me that no know seems to know anything, someone is doing something but nobody knows who or what.
Anyway is there any chance HRC SG is working behind the scenes? Does anyone have any experience with this kind of situation? Is it possible in this situation for the PEB and everything to happen without me knowing?
