 INCAP issues/what to do just wanted to vent and i do not know if this is happening to anyone else: i have been activated due to an LOD for over 2yrs. now and still waiting for MEB to be submitted to the IPEB. now i can only be seen @ the naval clinic for my LOD, so no more TRICARE for me and my family. i have civilian coverage. but what happens to the people who don't. all of a sudden you are covered, but now your not. how can this be?. i'm @ the point where i want to start speaking w/local political officails, but i am worried about reprocussions. has anyone done that before????
