That sucks your PEBLO was horrible. So was mine. I'm glad they didn't shaft you at the IPEB. You can pretty much do whatever you want now. File SSDI and back date it to the date of the incident, you can collect that while you're on active regardless of if you were still getting paid. Also...

I got this letter today regarding severance pay pay back. They haven't taken a dime to this day AND this letter makes 100% ZERO SENSE which leads me to believe they do not do any form of random drug testing on VA employees.

10% is what the MILITARY rated me when I was discharged. Just to be clear, is the disability severance pay recouped based on the DISABILITY RATING given by the MILITARY? I was MEB'd and discharged w/ a rating of 10% and then AFTER I was discharged I was rated 70% by the VA for the same...
