Jason or anyone, I can't find anything on "command directed fit for duty examination" for the Marine Corp, do you happen to know where I could find anything on that? ...

Tony, Take a look at the Navy Manual of the Medical Department, Chapter 15, Physical Examinations, page 15-22 . That terminology, "Command directed fitness for duty" usually is used in relation to command directed urinalysis.
