Cool syncopy to seizures

I was put on TDRL in early 07 for a failed back surgery. In 06 I began having what was being called syncopy episodes. This was not diagnosed as Seizures until Aug. 07, when I was already on TDRL. I just finished my first evaluation and the PEB only evaluated my back and nerve damage to my legs. They said that the seizures were after the fact; however I was taken several times from both home and my Unit by Ambulance for these Syncopy/Seizure episodes. If I agree with this decision and not dispute it what are the consiquences. They're offering 60% perm. dis. and I already get 90% with Unemployable, so this will not in any way change my pay or benefits. I just feel that the seizures should be included. Any advice would be welcome.

I cant help much, but I sympathize with the syncope. I was just put on TDRL and rated 40% because of presyncope/syncope and chronic refractory migraines.

Have you had your driver license taken away? Mine has been suspended for 180 days due to my syncope episodes.

I did not have to give up my license, my wife and I made an agreement with my Drs. that I would not drive and put other people in danger. See a Nuerologist and ask about Divalproex, this seems to control my episodes.
