Physical Evaluation Board Forum

So I was re-evaluated in Temple Texas to get my compensation ratio changed. I call today and they advised me that the Rate Board has completed my claim and that is has been sent to the Ajudication department. My question is, since they sent it there, does my rating change or can it still be at 40%? I guess what I am asking is. Can they still deny my claim

They could not tell me over the phone, but it was sent there last Friday. Please advise.

Yes, they can deny your claim. Probably not too likely, but it is a possibility.

are you using a veterans service rep.? if not it can't hurt to check in w/one of your local DAV, VFW or even a local VA rep. good luck and don't give up!

Thanks guys. It is funny that you can take a Motar attack, be granted a Purple Heart, but they only give you 40%. I guess I will just have to wait and see. Thanks again for taking time out to reply. I will update this when I find out
