First, you should already know what they are recommending since they have completed the dictation. You should review everything they have written and see if you think they have made any errors. I get the feeling from your history that you want to stay in the Army. Take a look at this thread to see some of the early issues:

You need to come to a decision fairly soon about what outcome you want at the PEB. If you decide that you are not likely to be found fit, you need to make sure all your conditions are addressed at the MEB.
As far as your getting rated, it seems clear from your history that your knee condition, even if it existed prior to service, was service aggravated. You should get a rating for this and all the other conditions that the board finds unfitting. The biggest issue you likely face is ensuring you are rated properly.
