Disability Advisory Council (DAC) Charter
The attached Charter continues the Disability Advisory Council.
What does this mean? Hard to say. There are a lot of interesting objectives listed, including, "ensuring disability rating for the unfit condition is uniform among the services," that "due process rules are strictly followed," and "develop and recommend quality control policies to ensure ratings are applied in a fair and consistent manner."
We will have to see what role the DAC ultimately takes, but this is one to keep our eye on.
