 Foundations of Care, Management and Transition Support for Recovering Servicemembers
Attached is the DoD Policy on Foundations of Care, Management and Transition Support for Recovering Servicemembers. Again, there are a lot of important provisions in this document. It is unclear what legal authority this will carry (and more importantly, what consequence if the DoD or Military Service does not comply). But, I would argue that this will grant some substantive rights.
