Just wondering

    Its been 6 weeks since my PEB packet has been submitted. Does anyone happen to know how long it usually takes? A little background I had both hips replaced, PTSD, sleep apnea with CPAP, and both knees are bad. Been in the Army almost 15 1/2 years. Any info would be appreciated thanks.

    My PEB went up 23 Nov 11, I was found unfit 27 Dec 11, I signed my 199 on 17 April 12, received my orders on 24 May 12

    Mine was around 90 days...give or take @ FtLewis...BTW, you and I have parallel injuries/time in svc (15 active, 19.5 Guard)

    Ok thanks..plus I'm under the old system so I wasn't sure if that had anything to do with the timeline also.

    From what I gather, it'll affect the VA turnaround time, not the DoD/ service branch.
