I found this interesting. My packet was kicked back to the MEB for "further evaluation, documentation, and or information required for adjudication for the following reasons:

    (To paraphrase)

    a. NARSUM did not contain all of my claims.
    b. There was no Doctor documentation to refute my rebuttal/addendum to the rebuttal for certain conditions.
    c. Using the issue that there are no files in AHLTA to support a soldier's claim does not automatically make the claim medically acceptable, since Reserve Soldiers use civilian doctors many times and those notes may not make it into AHLTA.

In addition, it was kicked back for 'NARSUM Why Code" - 209 (See Why Codes here - https://www.hrc.army.mil/site/active/tagd/pda/NARSUM_Why_Codes.pdf

Interesting it is dated 20 May 2011...
