Trophy Points:
Lets see if we can work this one out.

The VA rating for
Persistent day-time hypersomnolence is 30%...Lets say I was found unfit for the condition of Persistent day-time hypersomnolence. Since the PEB disability rating is now derived directly from the VA, if given this sole unfit diagnosis of
Persistent day-time hypersomnolence , could the rating go down in the PEB, eliminating a chance at medical retirement?

The reason I ask is because I'm reading a lot of articles about recent changes in the way the PEB operates...more specifically the IDES...tracking? After reading articles and posts, its about as clear as mud.

Am I on the right track or have I lost traction with reality?
