I recently voluntarily separated from active duty and transitioned directly into the SELRES. During my transition I received a VA rating of 80% for several injuries and issues that occurred during my AD career. Over the last several months a few of these issues have gotten significantly worse. Today I had my first Reserve PHA and I did not try hard to hide these issues. The PHA physician submitted that I was not medically qualified.
Can anybody tell me what happens from here? Is this an immediate PEB considering my VA rating? Is there anything I am supposed to do, or will I hear back at some point regarding what needs to happen? If, worse case scenario, I was not allowed to continue device, would I have to pay back my signing bonus balance?
