How long after the VA is done should it take to get the 199?

I know it depends person to person, but my PEBLO said that all of her other soldiers had their 199s back very soon after their case was done with the VA ratings portion. As in, literally a couple days later for everyone else. My ratings at the VA were done the first week of July and so far I haven't heard anything, my PEBLO says that something might be up with my case because this is unusual for my post (Carson). As far as I know there isn't any way to contact the Army PEB is there? I'm only asking because I would hate to have my case just sitting somewhere with something wrong and it not progressing and maybe be forgotten about. I know it hasn't been that much time anyway and I need to be patient, it just does seem kind of unusual based on everything else I'm hearing, so I was just curious if any of y'all had any insight or what your timeline was like.
