Lost access to my old profile

My old profile was linked to my Facebook. I changed my Facebook account and attempted to change the password. It says it is only linked to my Facebook account, but when I go to change my password, it says it emails to my correct email address. I never receive the email and the account sign up says my email is linked to a profile.

Hoping someone can help me get back on my old account.
 
What is your email? I will send you a message so you can reply privately. Not sure how it will work with fb having been first way you signed up, but, I will give it a shot.
