Just learned that the Paralyzed Veterans of America has had ONE successful appeal of a veteran to the AFBCMR for Unemployability. In ten years! The PEB has granted only 78 in the last ten years or so...completely refusing to allow veterans the protection of the Air Force's own regs!
Turns out that AFMPC ALWAYS recommends denial to the AFBCMR on issues of unemployability.
