Anyone else experience this? VA has had my case since 08 Jun 18, finally got ahold of them yesterday and i was informed my case manager marked my case as "return for doctor's opinion" on 03 Jul 18. Case was sent out on 10 Jul 18..... QTC is saying today they haven't recieved anything.... anyone go through this?

Yes sometimes the VA asks for a medical opinion with the exam but if the examiner leaves it blank the VA sends it back for corrections or will require a new exam if they fail to correct it in a timely fashion.
