 New Guidance for TBI Evaluations (MEB)
A new document from the Army Physical Disability Agency (published 1 Oct 2008), on Evaluation of TBI for use by the MEBs. I have to compare with the new regulations on TBI from the VASRD to see if there are any deficiencies. Remember, the MEBs are decentralized from the PEBs, so they may not have this document. If you are being boarded for TBI, consider printing this out and having it with you when you are examined for your MEB.
