I was found unfit for Lumbar DDD 40%.
On the findings sheet from the board under #12 it states the disability is permanent.
Under the reasons for decision from the VA each and every condition (including my unfitting one) it states "Since there is a likelihood of improvement, the assigned evaluation is NOT considered permanent and is subject to a future review examination."
I was under the impression that going to PDRL required no future appointments. Is this the case for only my unfitting condition or should it also work for all my conditions.
I keep reading horror stories of people getting lowered for a multitude of reasons.
