Welcome to the PEB Forum! :)

As based upon the verbiage in the 38 CFR VASRD §4.71a Schedule of ratings—musculoskeletal system, The Spine...

"Forward flexion of the thoracolumbar spine greater than 30 degrees but not greater than 60 degrees; or, forward flexion of the cervical spine greater than 15 degrees but not greater than 30 degrees; or, the combined range of motion of the thoracolumbar spine not greater than 120 degrees; or, the combined range of motion of the cervical spine not greater than 170 degrees; or, muscle spasm or guarding severe enough to result in an abnormal gait or abnormal spinal contour such as scoliosis, reversed lordosis, or abnormal kyphosis."

It would seem that the DoVA D-RAS should issue a DoVA 20% proposed rating for your medical condition at this particular point in time. Hope this helps and take care!

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer!"

Best Wishes!

Thanks. Would you be able to point me in a section were i can discuss a possible rating for major depressive disorder? Thanks again.

Indeed, you are welcome!

To that extent, please review the below URL from 38 CFR VASRD §4.130 Schedule of ratings—Mental disorders for a detailed description via the General Rating Formula for Mental Disorders section used by the DoVA Rating Agency. Take care!
