Hello All!

I was wondering if anyone can give any insight as to where I would be in my process

I started everything in October and finished and got my PEB submitted in December. I have done all C&P Exams and reviewed my notes and the last time I talked to my VA rep she said that It has already been sent up for findings, this was before my package was fully submitted.

On December 14, I received a notification on MOL stating that my PEB has been sent for action.

Does anyone have an estimated timeline for when I will hear back whether I'm fit/ unfit, its been sent to VA and when I will be signing my 45 days?
Thank you all in advanced!!

I emailed my PEBLO and he said that I was found UNFIT December 31 and that it has since been sent to the VA.....

Good. Hope that's what you wanted. Mine only took about a work week. Give or take a day or two. It didnt take long.

To be honest...it all depends. I had a super lazy person doing mine. And if you do some of your c&p exams through contractor their known for taking a long time to turn in your results to the va. Mine took 3 months on the dot. I hope for your sake it dont take yours as long. I was very frustrated. And on ebenefits you can only do one inquiry on the website. So use it sparingly. Good luck and i hope for the best for ya.

C_H, Once I was briefed by the VA MSC, they indicated 3 to 5 months. In my case they were spot on the estimate. Best regards as you work the process.

I checked my VA.gov and it said my compensation case was closed Feb 5, and that I will be receiving a letter in the mail within the next 7-10 business days. Will it be much longer before I hear back from my PEB?

I signed my 199 2 days ago and I asked my PEBLO if it would be possible to expedite the process. He told me if I have a job offer letter or school acceptance letter, that would help to expedite.

Also, make sure to have an exit interview with your MSC and bring that signed 199 to your commander (you'll get a copy from PEBLO) for the CIF-turn in memo. Plus talk to your RSO at Transition Office about you signing your 199.

Good luck and take care!

Just a quick note from me. Once you signed your 199, 2-3 days later call this number: 877-577-3065, option 3, asking for your IDES status.

I had an irritated guy who told me I should have called my PEBLO first, bla bla bla... but in the end, he told me my name is on Transproc now and I need to call the Transition Office. Make sure you bother calling and emailing people for your results because no one looks out for you but yourself.

My IDES process started on November 26, 2018 and today I got on TRANSPROC. Took 2.5 months for the whole process. I emailed and called different people during the process just to make sure people taking care of my case.

Time goes by really fast so make sure you guys make a list of everything that you need to do pre- and post- process. Especially the CIF turn-in memo.

I hope you guys get the best of everything. Just hit me up if you need any clarifications.

Good luck and take care!
