The same thing happened to me. I called the VA and the rep said they mailed my ratings to me, this was not correct. I didnt and still haven't gotten any paperwork sent to my house. I had to wait until the PEB finalized my unfit ratings and sent the whole package back to the PEBLO.I have a question, so it said they sent my proposed ratings but it's been 3 weeks and haven't heard anything from anyone, do they sometimes just forget and then I get my final ratings? Or how does it work I'm just really confused and no one is helping me out, and it's 3 weeks after I get my proposed ratings until I receive my final decision?

No problem. I believe it took about three weeks after the ratings were sent to the PEB for me to get them. Sometimes (and in some branches) it only takes a few days. After your package is done at the PEB, it will be sent back to your PEBLO. Your PEBLO should call you in for you to review the VA ratings and DOD ratings, you then have time to consult with an attorney/decide if you want to accept the ratings or not. Yeah still waiting as well I get no answers from my PEBLO well I do not he just tells me to wait and Everytime it's always wait another month lolI’m on the same boat got my rating finished may first from the va and got the letter in the mail with the proposed rating and haven’t heard anything from my Peblo who is a dick and never updates me on anything had to call my attorney to find out my rating before the va sent it to me and now just waiting to hear what’s next I assume the va sent my rating to the peb but haven’t heard anything I don’t know what’s next and this waiting is the worst part
If found Fit, then very quickly, within 2-4 weeks. If Unfit, then your package is sent off to the VA Rating Activity for combined DOD and VA ratings. Return time to getting findings if found Unfit is averaging 6-8 weeks, depending upon the complexity of the case. Some cases come back within 4 weeks, some take 8-12. but 6-8 weeks is about average if initially found Unfit on the IPEB level.
If it works like camp lejuene it's gonna take a minute I've been almost 6 months past my EAS and I started the board in December , they should give you a brief and you'll be able to contact a lawyer to help you and they will answer every answer they help a lot and so does your PEBLO if you have more specific questions let me know I go in more depthHello everyone, I have some questions and hopefully some of you have the answers
My doctor just sent of paperwork for me to begin this entire MEB/PEB process but I haven’t gotten much guidance on it I’m currenty in Okinawa and have alittle over 4 YOS with a year left on an extension (Iv heard something of a severance check does anyone have information on that by chance)
Iv had two surgeries on my right shoulder for injuries sustained in the service and that’s what is being sent up from my doctor but I also want to claim other things do I do that with the VA? When should I contact the VA? Should I get a lawyer on base? Is there anything else I should be doing? Or anything you all recommend? And from the time of your doctor put the paperwork up to the time you got your dd214 how long did it take? Thanks in advance from anyone!
