I can’t find any specific answers.

I am under the impression that once they give you your proposed ratings you can appeal the ratings that they propose. Is this true or do I have to wait till I get unfit or fit from the meb. Just need some insight

You can file a VARR for any condition found unfitting by the PEB. Once a VA award letter is received you can appeal any rating.

There's a lot going on in this post. If you go directly through to the VA for ratings, you can appeal as soon as the proposed ratings show up.

If you are in the IDES process and have proposed ratings sent back for your review, then you have been found unfit. The IPEB board won't send your file to the VA for rating if you have been found fit for service.

As for the process, your PEBLO will ask you to come in and accept or deny the ratings. If you deny, it then sends your case to the FPEB.
