12/09/15: 2nd LIMDU: Left foot fracture of 4th metatarsal, bilateral plantar fasciitis
4/15/16: Return to Active Duty
6/27/16: 3rd LIMDU, MEDBOARD referral (bilateral Metatarsalgia, bilateral flatfoot)
7/27/16: Meet with PEBLO for the first time
8/25/16: Meet with VA Rep for the first time
8/30/16: First claim opens in eBenefits
9/2/16: MOL notification "Your Medical Board case has been
referred to the PEB for action"
9/7/16: VA Physical exam
9/9/16: VA Mental Health exam
10/7/6: Met with MEDBoard Attorney
10/9/16 - 10/21/16: C&P Exams
10/26/16: Signed NARSUM and package sent to PEB
11/4/16: MOL notification "Your Medical Board case has been
accepted to the PEB for action". eBenefits dates read:
12/07/2016 - 01/10/2017
12/12/16: Called PEBLO for update, says package is still at PEB, no decision on fit/unfit yet
12/13/16: Got a call from PEBLO, found unfit later on the 12th and my package was sent to the VA for ratings
12/13/16: eBenefits second claim opens, dates change to
01/14/2017 - 04/01/2017
12/23/16: second claim closes and moves to historical ("Decision notification letter sent"), dates change to
09/26/2017 - 04/26/2018 and "Gathering of Evidence" on remaining open claim
12/31/16: Receive letter in the mail from the VA asking for my direct deposit information
1/06/17: Called PEBLO for update, he says that my proposed VA ratings are complete and just waiting for DoD side of the house. I beg PEBLO for proposed ratings, he gives in
VA 80%
1/07/17: Got a call from MEDBoard office, told to expect a call next week or the week after to go over my findings and sign
1/10/17: Package is back!! TDRL 30% DoD 80% VA.
