I'm PDRL with a chronic adjustment disorder diagnosis. I wouldn't sweat it, it's a disability like any other; and like has been said, all mental health disabilities that are compensatable are rated by your occupational and social impairment, not by the diagnosis itself.
Was medically retired (USN) and put on tdrl last year. Just had my first periodic exam on TDRL. The doctor who did my write-up told me she's recommending that I be moved to PDRL. Right now I'm waiting for my case to be adjudicated by the PEB.
My question for you all is, do you get new VA...
