Amanda, have you talked to the Military Pay folks? DFAS should be able to help you figure out when you will get paid. But if you are being medically separated it should be rather quick. Because you have already done the evaluation. Let me know if this helps

I just got my results from the Navy and upon further inspection i have been placed in PDRL. My rating was 60%. Now i have a question, while i was on TDRL at 50% i was getting my full retirement check. I have 16 years of service. Does anyone know what my PDRL check will be or...
So what is the outcome now? I see that this is very similar to my case. I just went through the PEB today and i think they will find me unfit but not sure.

VA Rep told me today i would get the higher of the 2. So even though DOD would be more with taxes is makes it less. Is that right? Or will i recieve 2 checks at some point?
I appreciate that ND, but the Navy doesnt give verbage like that. We have to go back for TDRL every 18 months and Bureau of Naval Personnel cuts us orders. Now maybe i will see something on my final check out with Personnel but right now i have nothing that indicates what you put for the Navy...
I am at 16 years and being medically retired i have my meeting with the VA rep tomorrow. Just looking for advice as to which would be better in the long run since i won't be getting both.
