My Navy Timeline

check VA.gov, I found out my package was found unfit before my PEBLO by seeing a completed claim on VA.gov.

Should be one original claim and another claim on top of found unfit. Least that’s what tipped me off.
Hey so questions i saw on va.gov that my case was closed with va back in June. Do you know how much longer till i can get that rating? I have attached a photo of what it says.

Usually the close the original claim and open a new one the same day. You should be able to call the VA at this point if you haven’t received your ratings. The VA letter should have reached you back in June. The VA number is 4012233700. If you mean your dod ratings that is harder to tell. It can take a few weeks after the va ratings but I would think you should have heard by now. Maybe follow up with your peblo also after the VA.

My saga continues. Just notified today I am being placed on legal hold. We are mid transition as a family to an entire new city. This is nuts.

does "fit but non deployable" mean they can Admin Sep you for a condition they would have med boarded you for, had you been found Unfit?

Hello I don’t want to speak without knowledge on this but I have heard about individuals having this finding then returning to face admin sep because they can’t perform in rate. I believe the DES manual specifically protects against this though. See page 4-22 in the des manual see 5.A.4c

I am not a legal expert and you should consult with an atty if you have a specific situation you need professional advice for.

Your PEBLO can look up your INDEX number in their system. I think it took about a week for HQMC MMSR-4 (I'm assuming equivalent to PERS 954) to get the index number from the PEB. You should get retirement orders to the PDRL. I'm not sure how long your separations section likes to have to process your DD 214. When my EAS was finalized I could basically go on terminal immediately. Luckily my IPAC was able to turn my DD 214 around in 1 week (they ask for 2 weeks usually). But a Marine in the same boat on the east coast had to wait a month for their IPAC to process his DD 214, not sure why, but don't let them tell you it will take more than a week.
Do you know how long it takes to get separation orders. My case was indexed 11/2 and I am still waiting. I am retiring to TDRL. (I am a officer).

Well everyone sorry for my absence here. I went through a very long process with my command where a someone falsely accused me of malingering. It was investigated and I was finally cleared. I am writing to let everyone know I am officially civilian after I was transferred to the pdrl list on 29 April!! It was long and grueling on me and my family but we prayed frequently and our faith was tested but God was faithful. I also Have to say our fearless leader Jason Perry was a tremendous help!!
