What does the "basic pay 20 years one day" in the letter refer to? Is this person a Ch31 retiree with more than 20 years?

And then CRSC (assuming they qualify of course) could be applied to recoup some of the retired pay that was waived... Correct?

So the op will not receive retirement pay until age 60? I was under the impression that a ch61 medical retirement (30% and over) entitled the new "retiree" to the retirement pay immediately...

Am I doing this right? My longevity multiplier (2%*3.8years )* High 3 (4042) = $307.19 does that mean that no matter the CRSC percentage, 307.19 would be the max additional added back to the monthly compensation?
