    Gotcha. Thanks for the info. I'm wondering if it will make much of a differance.....all my ratings are service connected, but I'm wondering if I will recieve a notable pay hike. Is it worth filling out the forms?? 90% VA and 70% DoD.

    redforman, I am also waiting for the PEB/VA to give ratings. I'm at Balboa and the staff here are awesome. My PEBLO advised be that its not impracticle for the VA to take 6-8 weeks to post results. Your 8 weeks is coming up pretty soon though....so....you last posted on 15AUG, Any updates??

    Thank you, that was a big help. It does make sense to receive a paycheck every month rather a one time check. I didn't know they cut you off of everything if you take the severance. Thanks again! Sleep study tonight, I'll keep you posted.

    Sounds ab sounds about right. I should be in San Diego in the next few months, so I decided to take some leave while I'm in Japan waiting for my orders. Now-a-days we have e-leave, if you take leave from a monday through Friday you get both weekends on either end without being charged. 5 days...

    while going through the IDES process are you allowed to take leave? or is there strict guidlines on how much you can take? I have heard differant things.

    Sniper, while going through the IDES process did they limit how much time of leave you could take? and how far away you could travel? I'm trying to see if there is any policy limiting how much leave a service member cab take while in IDES
