    HELP PLEASE! Have Major issues!!

I don't understand the fit status with LIMITED DUTY and not being able to do your AFSC. Who said you had to do the desk job for a year? What is your AFSC? I have never seen a 3 year limited duty approve, only less than a year. If they do not beleve you will be better for 3 years, it sounds...

    Fibro symptoms related profiles

Do you have upper and lower problems? Desk job must help. My Commander was the same way. Just ignore them. They can not "get" you. Even if they think you are faking it. All that matters it what your doctor thinks. Don't try to worry. YOu shouldn't have to "prove" your illness to anyone...

It depends. What does it state as for the reason for your limited duty? Do you mean you need an MEB for another diagnosis?

What are chances of being found fit/unfit?

All I meant was his compartment syndrome from his fasciotomy was probably deemed unfitting. Yes more conditions can be added. Such as nerve pain, associated with his surgery. ALL I meant was, whether he had 1 or 20 deemed not meeting requirements for his AFSC, he is going to be found UNFIT.

    pls help..need advice

He would need to take a note from his surgeon to his PCM, to have duty limitations changed. It would be difficult to try to get another MEB if he already cleared a local board and had his RILO approved to keep him in his flight AFSC. They most likely consider him "fixed" if they repaired the...

TDRL to PDRL ratings slashed by 50%!

Sorry, I call BS. (from your lawer, not you ):) If you feel you should be a higher rating, you tell the VA and they then schedule a VES appointment with a specialist to reevaluate you. I got my final rating in Nov. Requested my TBI to be rated and my PTSD to be higher. I already have...

    Fibro symptoms related profiles

Can't you take your top blouse off in your duty section? Maybe rolling up your sleeves would help a little. I was on a profile where I could only exercise with my physical therapists supervision. My first profile said no run, no push ups, no sit-ups due to my spinal damage. My unit started...

That was quoted from military.com If it occured off base, it is not military jurisdiction. The DUI. Now they can charged you with something else. Conduct unbecoming, ect. Well, just letting you know what I saw working at the hospital and dealing with the drunks. Isn't dual prosecution...

The Supreme Court decision does not allow commands to punish members for offenses committed outside the jurisdiction of the military. http://bbvm.wordpress.com/2009/12/10/court-rejects-rule-making-sailors-report-dui-arrests/ Read up on your rights. 2nd part DUI laws These laws apply to anyone including active military that are stopped by any state, county, or city law enforcement. Active military will be dealt with the same as a civilian. Then within 24 hours of their arrest they must report to their commander. They cannot be charged...

Non-judicial punishment (NJP). Commanding officers can levy NJP to their service members for minor disciplinary offenses under Article 15 of the UCMJ. Each of the Services uses different names for NJP to include "Article 15" in the Army and Air Force, "Captain's Mast" or "Mast" in the Navy and...

From what I have seen: If it occured off base, and you are getting prosecuted offbase, a LOR is given with 30 days extra duty. (Double Jepordy) If on base, Article 15 UCMJ, not kicked out, but denied reenlistment. As for "fighting it". I do not see PTSD being used justification. You won't...

    MEDCON Orders

Are you active Guard? Is that what you mean by dual status? Then you are not doing it "on your own time". If you are on Incap, why would you need to be put on MedCon orders?

Scheduled a "VES" appointment. What the heck is that?

Well, had to reschedule both due to 4 inches of snow. Found out the Geriatric doctor is also an IMA and will be looking at my headaches, TBI, and neck. Was told by VES that it is for my IU and possible raise in rating. Could the VA really be helping me 'raise' my rating? Is it bad I am so...
