I keep getting the runaround on this question, if someone is seperated with a condition found to have existed prior to enlistment and not service aggravated but HAS completed the 3 year prerequisite to get 100% of their 9/11 GI Bill, will they still be eligible? It looks like I am getting MEB'd...
