    Yes it was received on Jul 2 2015 and put into the system on Jul 9th 2015. I already am guessing it was no change (even though the VA rated the issues I was med boarded for at 30% yet the ARMY gave me 0% during medboard)....Again my address as not changed at all in over 2 years
