Hi everyone, I am out of the military now (just med boarded) and I don't think they did the correct measurement for my back as I was only rated 20%. The range of motion I can do should put me at 40 %. How do I go about a rate increase?

Just got a determination from SSA saying I am not disabled but am limited. I disagree and gave them my medical information. Do I get a lawyer at this point and appeal?

When did you guys receive an official notification from Mypers telling you you're unfit? I thought you got it once it went to the VA-however-my Peblo is telling me you don't get one until after the VA is done with your ratings. Does that sound right?

I'm just curious how some of you got half days. I'm currently at what feels like my breaking point and half days would help. I could mention it to my mental health Dr is guess? Kind of feels like I'd be taking advantage of my situation, even though it would help. Asking for help sucks!

Someone at in-patient told me they were able to get a VA card for medicinal cannabis for their depression and anxiety. Has anyone heard anything about this? I've used a million different meds, so it would be nice to at least have the option available. Naturally this will be after I'm out.
