I was diagnosed with sleep apnea September 2017. I found out that since i stopped breathing 19 times in 1 hour (4 over AF medical guide) I now have to go through the I-Rilo process. Can anyone tell me exactly how this works. I hit 18 years in the AF in 12 days. I just want to finish it my 20.
