Were you still active when you recieved a payment

My claim was closed as well on September 27th. Called the VA they told me that my rating was sent to my peblo and mailed to me on October 3rd. Emailed my peblo, she said she never recieved anything and the VA wouldnt mail it to me. I doubt my Peblo would lie and I doubt that the VA would either.
