My only question is that they told me I am getting permanently retired(PDRL). Will my 40% rating ever change in the future or it will stay the same for life? I am getting my letter of release in two weeks. Also since I am getting permanently retired, how often do I need to go through reevaluation?

correct but which measurement do they use for va rating. like mine initial ROM was 10mm mouth opening and after three repetitions was 39mm opening. Will they use 10mm or 39mm for the rating purpose?

I am talking about rating through C&P exams.
