2nd head injury/symptoms impact on TBI VA Claim

Good afternoon,

I recently suffered a concussion following a TBI several months ago, and I will be attending my VA C&P Exams here shortly. My new concussion has given me many new debilitating symptoms. Will these new symptoms, should they continue through the dates of my C&P exams, be factored in by my examiner towards my TBI rating under subjective symptoms?
