A new P3 after PEB says unfit

What would happen if I got a new P3 profile after being found unfit by PEB? This condition would, hypothetically, be completely separate and ostensibly unrelated to the referred conditions that resulted in being referred to IDES. Do I have to go through MEB again? What exactly would happen, or what should happen by regulation? Army, for what it's worth.

My wife got a new P3 when they added mental health at the NARSUM stage for unfitting. It didn't change anything regarding the process for her.

I'm curious about after the PEB, though. Coincidentally, I also had a new P3 added at the NARSUM stage. I entered the MEB with three referred conditions, gained a new P3, and I'm currently being evaluated for something completely unrelated to either of those four conditions. The symptoms appear in my NARSUM via the DBQs and MTF appointments.

No clue. Ask legal.
